Most people have this brilliant idea of starting a business, an industry of entrepreneurship ………………… and don’t we all love the idea of being our own boss.  But since we know that entrepreneurship is a risky industry so we hold on to our jobs while pursuing a business on the side.  Hence you find lot of businesses are owned by full time employees with no prior business ownership experience – just often ends up in a disaster. 

Starting a business while working full time has actually been a worse experience for most, which has resulted in empty pockets, loss of hair and even some humiliation.

The reason being, besides time and capital that your business will demand, if you are a full time employee on top of that, you will have to acquire an additional skill of juggling work, family, social life and your business at once and such a skill is very rare to find.  While a few are able to achieve this, it will always be an on-going struggle because as you try to work on your business life just tends to get in the way and distracts you from building your business.

So what’s the solution then? We are not giving you courage to quit your job and use your hard earned life time savings to initiate some business ideas……… Please by all means do keep your job and be an honest working employee.
